- Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a handmade greeting card that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our website, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Defects may include but are not limited to incorrect printing, torn edges, missing components, or poor craftsmanship. Damages caused during shipping are also covered under this policy.
1.2 Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. For non-defective items, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The packaging must be intact and not damaged in any way.

2.1 Initiate a Return Request

In your email, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the item (if applicable). Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 business hours and provide you with further instructions.
2.2 Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a return authorization number (RAN). Please clearly write this number on the outside of the package when sending the item back. Returns without a valid RAN may be rejected or delayed.
2.3 Shipping the Item Back
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or damaged item, wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. Yangzhou Bozhu Technology Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

- Refund Process

3.3 Refund Amount
For defective or damaged items, we will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs you paid. For returns due to change of mind, we will refund the purchase price of the item, but the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
